Meet Cody

Hello there!

Thanks so much for stopping by. I’m Cody and I’m on a mission to make fitness relatable, achievable, and enjoyable for every woman who wants to feel her best at any age.

I’m probably not your typical fitness trainer. I’m a normal woman in her 50’s who understands the ups and downs of life, work, and family commitments.

I understand the physical and emotional struggle of aging, menopause, and a body that isn’t quite working the way it used to. It can be frustrating, isolating, and overwhelming. I get it because I am living it too.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, am certified as a group fitness instructor as well as both a women’s fitness coach, and menopause coaching specialist. I am thankful every day that my job is helping women feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and proud of what their bodies can do.

I think it’s time to rewrite the narrative on aging.

Forget unrealistic expectations. We’re all about helping you achieving YOUR goals, whether it’s feeling more energized, feeling stronger, losing weight, building confidence, or just having fun along the way.

No fancy gimmicks, extreme nutrition or exercise plans here. We’ll focus on realistic, sustainable health and wellness habits that you enjoy, and that fit into your life.

The Signature 5-Week Bootcamp.

FAQ: What do you do in a bootcamp class?

These programs typically combine strength training, bodyweight exercises, cardio circuits, core strength training, and stability work.

No tire flipping, or a complicated and overwhelming amount of exercises.

Just the basics that will improve all aspects of your physical fitness while having a great time (and with enough variety to keep you from getting bored).

The workouts require minimal equipment which make them ideal for workouts at home, outdoors, or on the road.

These classes are adaptable to all fitness levels, which allow you to modify exercises and rest intervals to fit your abilities, goals, and your energy level on any given day.

The Under 5 Mix & Match

This is probably my favorite part of the app.

This is the BYOB section…Build Your Own Bootcamp.

You are the boss of this section.

Your workout can be 4 minutes, 40 minutes, or anything in between.

These mini workouts are all under 5 minutes and divided into 4 categories:
Cardio | Upper Body | Core | Lower Body
You choose the areas(s) you want to work (in any combination you want), the exercises you want to do, and the length of the workout.
